When I started to read this article, I thought they were going to say people expect their food service as fast as their wifi. Ha. Close. I can't tell if public technology 'abuse' and disrespect is really getting that much more prevalent recently, if I just recognize it more because of our class, or both. But I see people EVERYWHERE doing this!! And it's not just the patrons or customers, it's the employees too! My 16 year old just got a job and I talked to him for a good twenty minutes about turning his phone off and giving an honest shift for honest pay!
